Our Hassle-Free Return Policy
Satisfaction guaranteed or money refunded! We are confident that you will absolutely love your purchase from Made In Canada Gifts. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your merchandise within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Your complete satisfaction is important to us!

Return Procedure:
Email the following information to info@madeincanadagifts.ca:
  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Product number (SKU)
  • Product description
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • If applicable, digital image of the defective product
We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number by email with instructions on how to return the item. Do not return any product without an RA number as it will not be received.

To be eligible for a return, a product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Food products cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (if applicable) will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
